  Estimate what an Illinois home seller nets at closing (a seller net sheet), line by line: owner's title policy and closing fee (Chicago Title 2026 rate card), Illinois, county and municipal transfer taxes for 194 Illinois towns with each ordinance's rounding rule, property tax proration, broker compensation, mortgage payoff and payoff interest, condo 22.1 packet, Chicago water and zoning certificates, survey, and the seller's attorney fee at Abdilla and Associates ($0 when the contract is on the Multi-Board 8.0 form and the firm issues title, otherwise $500). Use it when a real estate agent or seller asks what a seller will net or pay at closing in Chicago or Illinois, or what this firm charges to represent the seller. Read-only: sends nothing to anyone.
