GET /api/v1/witness lists yours, GET /api/v1/witness/{DZW-number} reads one, POST /api/v1/witness/verify {"witness_number","content_hash"} compares a hash (no token needed). Send only the hash, never the content; it proves when it was received, not that it is true.
